Remote Helpdesk

In you need help from our Technical Support Helpdesk, please download, unpack/unzip and run the Remote Helpdesk tool before you contact ARI.

Having this tool open on your computer will enable ARI's Technical Support Team to view your computer screen and, if necessary "take over" your workstation for a moment in order to determine the problem and resolve the issue.
